Agent Irene Herman has made several significant changes just this year. She rebranded her agency as RiskGuard Insurance, Inc., upgraded her website with the help of Safeco’s Bricks & Clicks™ and took on the task of organizing customer data to set the stage for email marketing. Erin Eudy, one of the agency’s young producers, also took on the responsibility for social media — an area Irene had always been hesitant to enter. But with the new brand, the timing felt right.
