The Ground Rules, a film by Safeco Insurance (Short)

By | August 12, 2019

It’s been said that Safeco Field is one of the best ballparks in baseball. Here at Safeco Insurance, we couldn’t agree more. So what makes this Seattle stadium stand out from the rest? Some incredible people, for starters. Join us in a very special behind-the-scenes look at the field, the staff and the ground rules that make Safeco Field one of baseball’s gems.

Safeco Field is home to the Seattle Mariners baseball team. It’s also home to Head Groundskeeper Bob Christofferson, Former Chef Dave Dekker, VP of Marketing Kevin Martinez, VP of Operations Joe Myhra and last but not least, our favorite Mariner Moose.

These Safeco Field specialists contribute to the success of the season, but they also lay down the ground rules:

Ground Rule #1: The roof is for the fans.
Ground Rule #2: Stay off the grass.
Ground Rule #3: The future is in tots.
Ground Rule #4: We don’t do “Kiss Cam.”
Ground Rule #5: Safeco Field is moose-tacular.

Constantly rated one of the top ballparks in the country, Safeco Field and its staff are dedicated 24/7, 365 to baseball. So for them, supporting the stadium you know and love is just second nature. For all of us here at Safeco Insurance, we’re proud to stand behind them.
